Hair Extensions and Weaving by Pat

Finding the right hair installment method for you will depend on budget, preference, and hair type. Here are some details to help you get an idea before you come in for a free consultation:

 

• Fusion Hair Extensions (like Great Lengths): Individual keratin-tipped strands are fused to your natural hair using heat. The hair lasts for three months. Great Lengths uses a protein polymer.

 

• European Tape Extensions: Wefts of hair are attached to small sections of your natural hair using double-sided tape. 

 

• Hair Weave (or Sew-in): Your natural hair is wrapped in rows from ear to ear and wefts of hair are woven with thread onto the tracks. This application process is quicker and more affordable than fusion extensions, although it requires more frequent maintenance (every six to eight weeks). The same hair can be removed and reapplied, so you would not need to purchase new hair each time. We also use copper links.

 

• Clip-in Extensions: We do not use prepackaged clip-ins, but we make our own clip-in extensions! We match the color and texture exactly to our clients’ needs.

 

• Men and Women’s Hair Pieces (Integration): We do custom hairpiece orders using European and Remi hair. We also carry stock pieces.

 

• Wigs: We have a large stock collection of synthetic and lace-front wigs. We also do custom orders for human hair wigs, using Remi or European hair.
